yummy goodness

My super awesome husband has been making dinner lately. The other night he called up his step mom and to get the recipe for Beer Chicken.
It is so good!
He rubbed seasonings on the chicken and then put a beer can, filled half way inside the chicken.
It had to cook in the oven for like two hours. It was so good when it came out!
By the time it was pulled out of the oven and cool down we were so very, very hungry. My husband was able to put a chicken on a plate before i came into the kitchen. We...well I... started eating the chicken in the kitchen right off the stove. He had tried to make instant potatoes to go with the chicken. Key word there is tried! hahaha! but not luck when the potatoes were done only the carcase was left.....
It was really good chicken.
The chicken itself was very juicy and I even dipped it into the juice that had dripped to the bottom of the dish making the chicken that much better!

It was gone so fast it reminded me of Thanksgiving. When everyone is yapping before the yummy goodness is in your mouth. When the dinner table is almost silent...for once. For just a moment you can only hear the taps of dinner forks tapping the plates. this lasts for only a minute before the food is gone.

Luckily he made two chickens! Can you say Leftovers!!!

I like to call them the Dancing Chickens!

SF

I love to travel and going to San Francisco is such a fun trip, there are so many things to do in the city. The last trip I took to SF my brother proposed to his girlfriend.
It was a blast, she had know idea what he had planed for her. He did a good job.
Every time I go to SF I get lost. Making for an exciting adventure.
Once my husband and I got turned around and ended up going across the Bay Bridge twice.
I laugh every time I think of it!
....this is me playing with the sand...

...the Golden Gate looks so cool from underneath...

...i just think this is cool looking...

A New Way to Play

I have found that I like to play with pictuers.
It is really fun to put a new twist on something beautiful.

Seasons Greetings

That holiday season has always been a wonderful time of year for me. Being with family and friends, decorating, and breathing in the holiday spirit.
I love this time of year.
The only part I don't like is the cold, now that I could live without though. I am like a little freezing Chiwawa!
...hahahaha...
